What our customers say about us

Our Reviews

Jim was great, loved the car's i purchased straight away, no heavy sale's just friendly service. My car came with new mot, service and 2 new tyres, I highly recommend them, better than any big companies way better.
— Jacqueline Laidlaw
Recently purchased a car from Northend Garage , must say firstly .. very friendly staff with great customer service , Very helpful too and I’m happy with my purchase and would deff recommend
— Nici Whyte
Excellent all round. We found a renault trafic van in Northend Motors and went down for a test drive. The seatbelt wasn't working, so Jim said he would fix it. The tow bar electrics were unattached and that was very quickly fixed also. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. They went above and beyond for us. We're very happy with the van and the service received from Northend Motors. Thank you.
— Kay Dorrian
I was needing a smaller car and saw a couple at Northend Motors that met the criteria I was looking for. I was left to wander around at my leisure, with no pushy sales, but the staff were available and helpful when I had a question. I bought a fiesta at a very reasonable price and it was ready for collection before the expected date with a brand new MOT. A very positive experience at Northend Motors. Highly recommended
— Lisa Symons
Approachable, with great customer service. I hate buying cars, but Northend Motor Company made me feel confident in buying from them.
— Nada Wilson
Highly recommend north end motors , recently purchased a van was struggling to get finance due to company being new but the staff got it sorted quickly and efficiently with a brilliant rate ! Will be returning for future car and van purchases !
— Darcy Roden
Bought my first car here with Jim, after seeing they had a Fiat 500 which was the kind I had my eye on at a great price with low mileage! The process to buy was made really easy. A real honest garage with a stand up manager in Jim, who would talk about his daughter having the same car previous,so I knew I was in good hands for my purchase! The wee car left with me clean and serviced with a fresh MOT and 2wks since really enjoying the car. 😁 Thank you
— Niamh Loughran
Just bought a Ford from this company. Fantastic car. Jim gave amazing service and had the car ready for me to drive away within a few days. Car cleaned and m.o.t in place for the year. Would recommend 😁
— Siobhan Brown
Great service, really happy with my mokka. Jim was a great salesman thanks bob and Don. 1
— Donna Brock
Just bought a vauxhall mokka from here and I can honestly say it was the best experience I’ve had from buying a car. Jimmy was great and gave me honest advice when I asked him, not a pushy salesman and didn’t try to take advantage of the fact I was a young girl. Would highly recommend to anyone!
